How Do People Really Get Rich?

It is my belief that rich people share common traits

1.Work hard and also of equal importance work smart2.Frugal, they spend only when necessary and on items which retain or increase in value [not to be confused with BLING]

3.Invest wisely for the long run

Any one can have “mad” cash flow, a wise man build reservoirs to catch the flow

some people become rich doing some illegal works.

20% --> education
30% --> hard work
50% --> luck

or

100% --> luck (heritage :) )

YOU SAID MOST>THEY ARE BORN THAT WAY.

I guess it depends on what you define as being rich, but if you read books like, "The Millionaire Next Door," most "rich" people are frugal, hard workers. These people tend to live in smaller houses, which they pay off as fast as possible. They own their cars, which they buy used. They cut coupons, and know the value of money. This is how most people get to be millionaires. There are some who get lucky, but it is usually through hard work.

I may agree to a certain degree !People don't always have to get rich.."they are" rich therefore their children have privileges that the average joe does not..or may not..
But see thats still on a social scale...I have seen things.
I am not sure but I think it was the breakdown of a higher
class assuming field..I believe broke into the struggling middle class..And roosted as king.But then again they could have won the lottery.Lol I don't don't think people are self made as they would like us to think they are either...You
or even I for agreeing a bit is not alone..not by a long shot..I believe the rich envied certain clicks of the middle class and can care less if they hate me for writing it.But they are or must be crazy!They might dilemma and
dilemma but then still up reasoning that they must be something so totally special..then any other..but I hope not before they pretty much was.

I think it's a combination of hard work, motivation, and lack of social barriers [teenage mother, for example; having a family; career choice; or disabilty; or poverty in some cases]. However, I think the main contributer to wealth is motivation. If you start at a young age thinking "I am going to be rich" and choose an apportioned career, then you will most likely become rich.

There are several ways to get rich, the question should be worded, "How do you get rich?" People have to be passionate about something to really make it happen. If you feel so compelled to do something, do it in such a way that you can market it and make everyone benefit from it. Write a book on gardening. Find a passion. Exploit it. Franchise, if possible. Sit back and let the money flow. I personally have a web based company called "Black ledge Online Travel" Come check and see if you could be passionate about being a home based travel agent. Come and check out the VIDEO. Details at

i really think that they get rich by selling drugs because thats what some people i know do but if u want an open answer it is because they do porn and other bad stuff
sometimes they make their own business and model to. i think that people can become rich by showing their special talents.

Revealed the questions that will NOT get you that job.

The last company I worked for sucked.

I won't need much I have lots of office supplies from my old job.

You don't make us pee in a cup do you?

At my last job I was so smart no body liked me.

I can;t stand it when people want me to do stuff all the time.

Every one was always telling lies about me.

I dated your daughter.

She is a hot little number.

I hated my job. I couldn't get along with the manager. Nobody liked me. Customers are idiots. Can I have this weekend off? How much are you going to pay me and when can I get a raise? How many breaks do I get? What is your drug/alcohol policy? Do you do drug tests?

How long do I have to work before I can take my disability leave?

I did your wife last night. I did your daughter right after I did your wife. If you are lucky, I will do you tonight.

I really hate working.

What is your policy about coming in late and leaving early?

The competition is better, but they aren't hiring.

I was busted at my last job for selling company secrets

Wanna hit?

You might not want to ask them about drinking on the job.

Leave out about wanting to get paid more than you should.

I don't like to get up early of the weekends.

Sometimes when I am stress out, I turn off my phone, and nobody can bother me until I call them??

If this job does not pay more then my last job, I probably don't want it??

How soon can I call in sick or have car trouble before I will get paid?

I would like to walk through the unit now to check out the people that I will have to work with. I am being honest, there are some races of people that I do not get along with.

How long do you have to work here to get promoted to your job?

Does this company have a public relations department where you can file a complaint if something is not right in your unit??

Ultimate Guide to Saving Money and the Environment

Turn off the lights you are not using.

Unplug appliances you are not using.

In the evenings, have most of the family doing stuff in teh same location - saves on running lights in a bunch of different rooms.

All this will save you money on your electricity bill.

Buy your vegetables from the local farmers market or CSA program. It's usually a better product at a cheaper price and no packaging.

Check out books from the library instead of buying them.

Use Netflix, BlockBuster or other video rental instead of buying DVD's. For a flat monthly fee, you can see a bunch of movies for what you would have spent on one purchase.

Volunteer to work on clean up projects in your community and stop paying for gym memberships. You can get lots of excercise from walking a park or beach and picking up litter. Plus, there is always a shortage of people to help clean our parklands.

There's tons more of ways, but these are my personal contributions to the environment for this year.

Supplement your diet with natural nutritional products, Thus this elliminates the farmers that use pesticides from making money and spoiling our enviroment

Keep a diary of every cent you spend for 60 days to get an accurate picture of your spending habits. Don't be a debt slave.Live within your means which is to say if you don't have the the cash AFTER you basic bills are paid, do without till you can afford it. Best way to go green is to get over instant gratification & convienence. Grow your own food & have reachable goals for your life.

Combine trips, use public transport, share rides, bike, figure out *whatever* way you can to *not* turn on the car. And by all means, get a car that gets more miles per gallon. It's *amazing* how expensive cars are to operate.

The *simplest* ways to save money and the environment involve the simple choices we make in life. Avoid "more" when "less" will do. Live close to your work. Don't waste things like power, food, or gas... or soda cans. Live simply and recycle.

REduce the amount of plastic, paper, cardboard, glass or aluminum you use;
REuse that styrofoam cup you get at the convenience store whenever you buy a soda. Then wash it out and refill it ten or twelve times before getting a new cup;
REcycle everything that's not easily and quickly bio-degradable, such as: newsprint; cardboard; steel; paper; tin; computer parts; cell phones; magazines; aluminum; plastics; telephone directories; used cooking oil; asphalt; ink cartridges; glass; and anything else that won't easily biodegrade in a landfill.

Drive less. You save money and minimize vehicle emissions. Buy a more fuel-efficient car, a moped, a bike; use mass transit whenever possible; or WALK to school, work or the store if you can.

Every time you buy something that is packaged... you are having an environmental impact. The production of modern retail packaging is extremely wasteful of natural resources and energy.

So if you buy less... you save money and you have a lower "environmental footprint."

If you drive your car less, you save money (less gas and less wear and tear on the car...) and... you will have produced less pollution.

Use less, waste less, pollute less. Think before you use "do I really need?" After you use, think what can be done with the waste. Limit the activities where you pollute the environment. You choose, the 'less' you do, the better it gets!

Turn Green and Save Money

OK, we are not saying you have to expose yourself to radioactive rays and start bursting out of your clothes to turn green, however there are some simple things you can do to save money.

The following tips do not require any major changes in your life and are a fairly sensible way of saving money and the environment.

  1. Switch off the lights when you leave a room.
  2. Switch your appliances off. Leaving your washing machine or TV on standby uses extra energy and costs you money.
  3. Only boil as much water as you need. Overfilling a kettle or pot means that it takes longer to boil uses more energy.
  4. Unplug phone and other chargers.
  5. Save 10% on your electricity bill by turning the temperature down a notch on your heating.
  6. Switch to energy efficient light bulbs - these bulbs cost more to buy but will pay for themselves within a few months.
  7. Car pool - Share a lift with your colleagues and split the cost of traveling to work
  8. Don't buy prepacked vegetables and fruit, saves money and packaging when you buy them loose.

These tips are not going to save a fortune, but the way i see it is the money we save it better in our pockets.
